Welcome to Solid Wood Craft Furniture. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Product Information & Customization

Our furniture is handcrafted from solid wood and offered in various designs, finishes, and customization options.

Customers are responsible for verifying product dimensions, finishes, and specifications before placing an order.

We strive to accurately represent our products; however, slight differences in colour and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and natural wood characteristics.

2. Natural Wood Characteristics

Solid wood is a natural material, and each piece has unique grain patterns, knots, colour variations, and textures.

Wood naturally expands and contracts with changes in temperature and humidity. Minor movement, seasonal gaps, and variations in wood appearance are normal characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects unless caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

3. Furniture Care & Usage

To maintain the quality and longevity of your furniture, we recommend keeping indoor humidity between 40% and 60% and avoiding excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures.

Furniture should be used for its intended purpose. Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, excessive force, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under our limited warranty.

4. Furniture Dimensions & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that furniture fits their intended space.

Dining table bases, extensions, and chair designs may affect seating arrangements and available legroom. We recommend confirming compatibility before purchasing.

Doors, drawers, and extension leaves should be operated with reasonable care. Minor changes in alignment or fit may occur due to natural wood movement.

5. One-Year Limited Warranty

Solid Wood Craft Furniture offers a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery or pickup.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser under normal residential use and excludes natural wood variations, ordinary wear, accidental damage, improper care, commercial use, and unauthorized modifications.

Verified manufacturing defects will be repaired or, where repair is not feasible, replaced at no additional cost.

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and additional charges are disclosed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct product information or pricing errors. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution.

Orders are subject to confirmation and successful payment processing.

7. Store Policies

8. Website Content & Intellectual Property

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply prospectively, without altering previously agreed purchase terms except as permitted or required.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
