At Solid Wood Craft Furniture, every piece is carefully handcrafted to order. Due to the personalized nature of our production process, all purchases are considered FINAL SALE.

Returns & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted due to changes of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect product selections.

We encourage customers to review all product details, dimensions, and finishes before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your furniture arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and supporting photographs.

We will arrange for the necessary repairs at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved through repair, a replacement will be provided at no additional charge.

Natural Wood Characteristics

Each piece of solid wood furniture is unique. Natural variations in grain, colour, and markings are part of its authentic character and are not considered manufacturing defects.
